RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as our client’s primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Conduct client meetings, site walk-throughs, upsell present opportunities for enhancements, and ensure landscape maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards

• Oversee a portfolio of lawn & landscape maintenance and snow accounts

• Direct activities on the job site including, but not limited to, coordinating workflow, hands-on work, and operating a variety of equipment

• Work closely with all field employees to train and grow them individually and as a team

• Manage, maintain, and teach the design and maintenance intent of each property.

• Oversee and direct your team members

• Schedule work

• Recruit, develop, and retain strong crew leaders/members with a heavy emphasis on quality

• Provide effective leadership to properly motivate employees and promote a positive work environment and an “upbeat” attitude

• Consistently deliver excellent customer service and conflict resolution

• Ensure that accurate daily crew schedules are maintained

• Monitor employee attendance, employee attitude, and work to maintain a positive employee work environment

• Meet short and long-term sales goals through out-of-contract opportunities... "upselling"

• Manage and update sales pipeline and obtain proper approval prior to performing any out-of-contract work

• Assist in training, managing, and motivating crew  & teams

• Work to address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing solutions

• Follow proper procedures to ensure timely billing of completed jobs

• Physically assist landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice management crews by having a hands-on approach to ensure jobs are completed as needed and in a quality manner

• Responsible for customer and contract management, assessment, and renewal

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years experience managing crews PREFERRED

• Familiarity with CRM program for maintenance, estimating, and pricing PREFERRED.

• Adaptable nature as we are in an ever-changing environment

• 2-3 years experience managing crews PREFERRED., and ice management crews by having a hands-on approach to ensure jobs are completed as needed and in a quality manner

• Strong time management and organization skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet critical deadlines with accuracy and attention to detai

• Appropriate certifications in the landscape and snow professional field including a Pesticide Applicator License preferred or willing and able to secure.

• Strong plant identification and turf knowledge

• The ability to learn industry programs and/or mobile applications quickly

• Ability to work flexible hours, especially during the snow season

• Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail-oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding time management skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Clean and professional appearance

HOURS

Hours are generally Monday through Friday, full time.

PAY

Pay based on experience and expertise, bonus pay based on success in the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work order/maintenance scheduling and follow-up

• Marketing photos and social media updating

• Data entry/updating property records

• Some tenant communication is possible

• Some rental applicant communication is possible

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST be extremely organized

• Excellent communication skills, especially written communication.

• Be confident working independently and in a team environment

HOURS

Hours are generally Monday through Friday. Start time can be flexible.
Approximately 20-25 hours per week, could lead to full time in the future.

PAY

Pay based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vehicle cleaning and detailing

• Lawn, landscape, and snow equipment cleaning

• Housekeeping

• Common area cleaning in apartments and condos

• Vacant apartment, condo, or home cleaning

• Office and restroom cleaning

• Commercial carpet cleaning

• Warehouse area cleaning

• Floor scrubber operating

HOURS 

Part time, evening and weekend mostly, but other hours are also a possibility.

PAY

• Irrigation installation
• Retaining wall/hardscape installation

• 2 years experience prefferred, but willing to train the right person

HOURS 

Hours are generally Monday through Friday, full time, 40-55 hours/week, generally first shift, but depends upon work at hand.

PAY

Pay based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoveling sidewalks

• Salting sidewalks
• Snow removal

REQUIREMENTS

• Shoveling & Salting snow/ice experience preferred 

• Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, responsible and team player

• Ability to Work Flexible Hours/Schedule

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Must be able to lift 50lb and above

• Ability to work extended hours and meet the physical demands of our work

• Ability to be “on call” during snow and ice events
